Typically the funeral director will try in every way to talk you out of buying elsewhere. Many times they attempt to instill fear in you by telling stories often times untrue about damaged caskets or late delivery. Many times the funeral director will match our price, it is very important to think about that. If they can match our price why did they not offer the best price before you questioned them? We buy from the same companies as the funeral homes, and the casket companies service us on the same time frame as they do the funeral homes. Just like the funeral homes we stand behind every casket that we sell. Ultimately you are reducing the profit of the funeral home and often causing a funeral director to lose commission. We accept all major credit cards and we can take an assignment on a life insurance policy, meaning we can bill the life insurance company. If we bill the insurance company there is an additional 5% fee. Example: You buy a $1,500.00 casket the processing fee would be $75.00.
